Next time I pop to the moon I’ll give it a go. It’s bright but it’s noticeable.

I’ve recently started using my Monzo account/card and am loving it. As a proud technology nerd it’s great to finally have an app that allows users to quickly and accurately track their spending. Monzo is such an exciting prospect, no other product or service has me logging onto their website to read about the things they are releasing next like Monzo does. Keep up the good work!

I have just joined Monzo as I am looking for an online bank that doesn’t charge a high amount for converting GBP to EUR. I have a Revolut account that I was very happy with until I tried to increase my limit and upgraded to their premium service. They took the annual fee then stopped responding.
Can you explain what Monzo limits are and exactly what information CDD is required to start changing up to 90k into euro?

Hi Michael. You can find your limits on account>settings cog under the card>spending limits.
I think with that amount it would be best to speak to someone in the in app help chat as they can give you more information
As @Rat_au_van said, for amounts that size it would be worth discussing with Customer Operations (“COps”) staff thru the in app chat.

I’ve got so many devices running so many platforms AND so many online accounts that my brain short circuits (if you can merge my memberships - please do).
I’m trying to track down a bug thaat I think is Google/Android’s sloppy programming that affects every Android app (in effect it renders security non-existent). IMHO - I have been wrong before!
But, in my defence, there is a race condition in the system - you can see it in the way a stack unwinds (where the stacked objects are e.g. key-strokes).

Hey everyone! My name is Jesse and I’m a Canadian whose moved to the London core for two years on a youth mobility visa. I’m an administrator at Apple and have been blown away by my Monzo account in my first few days of using it. I’ve switched everything from Barclays and am not looking back. I’m a little sad to be giving up my auto-import into YNAB as Monzo isn’t supported by that feature, so I’m excited to see how the budgeting features in the Monzo app evolve over time.
