Hello everyone!
My name is Gita and I have been using Monzo for almost 2 years. I love it. It gave me possibility to do proper budget planning on spending. It’s flexible so can change the way I use it.
I love pots. I love budgets. I love apple pay.
I have talked to Monzo staff few times and they are always funny and helpful. I live in UK, I lived in Ireland, Japan and Latvia before.
My hobbies are running, cycling, reading, writing. I run a marathon recently.
I’m passionate about software testing and always looking at various things to learn and improve. I believe Monzo iphone app is very well made, but I’m curious in API’s and business / banking / internationalisation side behind it too.

Hi,
I am Stephen and I was a Senior Manager for one of the major high street Banks. I medically retired 4 years ago due to developing an aggressive form of Parkinson’s. Physically I find general activities a struggle, however I still take a great interest in Banking, especially innovation that enables a great Customer experience and not just because of it. I look forward to sharing some thoughts!

Hi, I’ve just got my Monzo card and joined the community.
I was inspired to sign up to Monzo from listening to a presentation about changing technology in the banking industry and how our consumer demands have changed and appear to be driving real change across the industry

Hi just joined a few weeks ago once `I realised that the current account was live. Was previously a prepaid user but cancelled when the outsourced transaction engine kept falling over so glad it’s in-house now. Yesterday my wife joined as a Monzo user and we’ve moved our smaller pensions over to Monzo leaving our (my) largest pension going into the joint Nationwide to pay all our direct debits like gas, electric (sourced via Avro Energy through the Quartz app), Sky Q, Vodafone broadband & mobiles, etc.
So far mightily impressed, probably will leave this arrangement in place for the moment so as retirees we can watch our pennies! I used to be a Gartner Regional VP so love to track tech - old habits die hard!

Hello everyone.
