Shame to see you go, there’s always going to be trolls and I truly haven’t checked who I think is right or wrong here but everyone should just ignore people they don’t like.

Hi. I’ve been a user since ā€˜17 and also have a business account. I pleased with the service overall although my one big bugbear is the difficulty of finding someone to talk to. They don’t make it easy. I HATE chat bots and FAQ very rarely cover what it is I want to talk about. So a clear and obvious link to calm would be very welcome.

Hi! To find out what I can do, say @monzobot display help.

They don’t have chat bots. They have staff that (for numerous reasons) feel like bots.

How often are you needing to talk to them for things that are not in the self help? The vast majority of questions can be self-solved.
