Hi. Iāve been a user since ā17 and also have a business account. I pleased with the service overall although my one big bugbear is the difficulty of finding someone to talk to. They donāt make it easy. I HATE chat bots and FAQ very rarely cover what it is I want to talk about. So a clear and obvious link to calm would be very welcome.

They donāt have chat bots. They have staff that (for numerous reasons) feel like bots.
How often are you needing to talk to them for things that are not in the self help? The vast majority of questions can be self-solved.
