I received a couple of refunds this morning totalling approx. £40:-
First off, would it be a good idea to show minus £40 in the spent today value?
Secondly - and my main point, I then spent approx. £15, but the spent total still remains at £0. I believe this should show at least what has been spent today and not remain at £0 because of the £40 credit to the account.
Would that seem like a good idea?
Counting Refunds in Spend Today is a known issue. 
We count credits in the calculation in order to fix a bigger double-counting bug when retrying a failed transaction: Spent Today - display net rather than total outgoing
Unfortunately we can’t fix this properly until we have a concept of linked transactions (e.g. linking a refund to the original debit). As soon as we have this, we can fix this issue. Sorry for the confusion!
