Incorrect merchant name on direct debit

Issue:

Recently the National Secular Society notified me that they’ll be changing how Direct Debits work and they’ll be using a different provider.

Oddly though, when the change happened on the date they specified, I now see an NHS icon with the text “NHS National Services Scotland” instead of NSS for the secular society.

Has anybody else noticed this, or any other mistakes in the names appearing on Direct Debits?

Ah thanks! I made the suggestion.

That’s odd, I thought Direct Debits would always have the same name. I suppose it was just “NSS” and Monzo made a guess as to what that meant :confused:
