Incorrect ATM

Received my card today (thanks) and changed pin at an ATM.

Log of transactions in the App shows pin change at the right time but location of ATM is wrong (out by about 10 miles).

Is it common that ATM is not identified accurately or is this a bug with this specific one?


Report it wrong in the app, and it will get fixed. If you go into the transaction, scroll to the bottom to the ‘Something wrong? Tell us!’ Button and report it there.

I have also had this problem - it tends to be independent ATMs which charge that I normally have the problem with.
