Newbie using card first time today. Two transactions: First transaction was change of PIN at ATM - location on map perfect. Second transaction was shop in Hereford but location on map Birmingham. (Have screen photo from phone but don’t know how to add it to this communication.)
Use the in app report feature to log it, that should get action rather than comment. From other threads it all hangs on how the me chant sets their card machine up.

Where is the In App Report? Is it ‘Chat With Customer Support’?
if you press on the actual transaction in the feed and then scroll down it will say at the bottom “something wrong . tell us” - press on that
Note that this reporting feature is not yet available on Android.
