Here’s some more detail on that & what to do to correct the wrong information -

Known issues / bugs

Unfortunately if the merchant’s got the configuration of their terminal wrong then it can send the wrong location to Mondo. You can report the issue, using the Something Wrong? Tell Us button on the transaction entry page. And I think Mondo will correct the location automatically, for this & future transactions, once they’ve had a look at it. (I’m not 100% sure about the text in italics).

the option to report incorrect merchant details isn’t yet built into the Android app (it’s on the roadmap so for now, you can message support instead & they’ll fix it.
