I have gone abroad without my max card but I need to make a withdrawal. I have my old coral card but it’s been inactive. Can this be reactivated?
Unfortunately not I’m afraid - once the card has been replaced we’re unable to activate an older card.
Is it possible to give my joint monzo card max withdrawal privileges at all? My partner doesn’t currently have monzo max. I have my joint monzo card with me as well but not the max one.
Not possible. The other person would need to sign up.
I thought that all allowances (it certainly applies to spending limits) were across all your personal debit cards.

Depending on where you are some ATMs that have a contactless symbol on them will be able to use Google pay/Apple Pay to authenticate your card. You just need to type in the pin bearing in mind it may charge you a fee because it can’t directly identify the bank.
As an example, I used it in Spain on a Santander ATM and it wanted to charge me €7 to withdraw, Apparently, if I had taken my physical card, it would not have cost me anything to withdraw
If you have your joint account card - as far as I know the allowances apply across you as a person, not across accounts.
I no longer have a joint account so can’t check this myself, but that’s definitely how it used to work.

I remember when we tried this in the city centre and it didn’t work. Since the functionality was built for those Visa cards that Santander issued, years ago. That nobody has anymore.
Yeah, it didn’t work with UK machines
