A few times I’ve chatted with the in-app support guys (top job in both replying so quickly and with answers!) but could I make a suggestion that once you’ve either opened Mondo back up and or once seen the support message that it disappears from the notifications tab on iOS?
Once you’ve seen the support message, it should definitely disappear 
Is it definitely not?
It hasn’t done before and I’ve had a few different chats on support, doesn’t matter if it is a completely new support or one opened with new relies
