Not sure if this is just my app, or wider spread with iOS users. I have iPhone 11 and iOS version: 14.1 installed.
When customer support messages me and you have this in your notifications I click on the notification - this opens up monzo but then crashes? Any ideas? Normally with other apps you click on the notifications and it takes you straight to the app no problems?
This happens every single time - I hope this makes sense
