The reported merchant name and address might be a misnomer, if you ordered a takeaway of some kind, or popped out to a local corner shop to restock on drinks and nibbles, where the merchant doesn’t have their own account and is using the Wandsworth Food and Wine one to process their transactions through…
ETA: And I can speak from experience on this, most recently I was confused by what appeared to be a gift card merchant appearing on my feed, but by cross-referencing the date/time and the amount, I worked out it was the payment for a car park ticket.

Google Pay only requires authorisation if the payment is above the standard no-CVM threshold (£30 in the UK). It makes TfL transactions easier
