At the moment in Android (can’t say about iOS as it in a draw after I upgraded to Android) any top up, be it by card or transfer, just shows a date and time. There is no other identifying data such as the card number used for the top up or the sort code and account number used for a transfer.
IMHO it would be worth having this data so we can see where the money came from particularly if we supposed to be repaying that source at a later date
