I topped up my account on thursday. It didnt appear so i topped up again. It then showed double what i wanted…however today it it has showed up as only having the first top up…but my bank is showing both the transactions. Therefore i am out of pocket somehow?!
Assuming you included account reference when you sent the transfers (if I’ve understood correctly, they did make it into your account), that doesn’t sound like something that users here can solve I’m afraid. So you’ll need to contact the support team, via the in-app chat, to ask them to look into this.
