I lost my wallet lastnight and sighed out the monzo app today by mistake I can’t remember my pin but it’s asking for photo id which I have none I’ve been waiting on monzo all day to reply will they be able to give me my account back even without my id as I get paid Monday and really need it
Can’t say for certain you’ll need to ask them, however I highly doubt it for security reasons as it could be someone pretending they’re you so the ID part is to actually confirm it’s you
Your pin to the app is the same you use for your chip & pin. It should log you in after clicking the magic link on the email.
Your money will still go into the account even if you’re not signed in, so planned payments will still be made, things like Apple Pay could still be used
