hello i have an account with monzo but i have a new phone and i don’t have an app what men do?

I have an app but I can’t sign in creating it with a new account

You don’t need to create a new account if you have one already.

If the app is taking you down the account creation route then you’re not using the email address you registered your Monzo account with. Try one of your other email addresses and that should sort it :slight_smile:

Is it an iPhone? There is some issue if you have used the backup-restore (or whatever it is!) process when transferring to a new iPhone, so you may have to uninstall the app and reinstall it prior to trying to log in.
