I could not update my phone number

I can normally log in my monzo bank app, everything is fine, just I could not able to update my new phone number. when I entered the phone number , there is a notification that there went something wrong. we could not able to verify your phone number. would you please help me sort out this.

Make sure you’re using the correct email you used to sign up with Monzo when logging in.

I can confirm that my email is correct, if it is not correct, I can not log in successfully. all my bank detail is correct. just I can not change my telphone number at the personal details here.
