I keep going through the process to change my phone number, keeps saying something went wrong, try again

You’ll need to contact Monzo customer support for help with this. We’re all customers here on the forum so can’t update your number or look into why it’s not working. If you tap “help” in the bottom right hand corner of the Monzo app, then search for “contact” in the search bar, you should see the article for contacting support for help.
