New Phone problem updating

Hi, I have installed the app on a new phone, received the email log in etc.
I can access the account but it won’t update, When I try to access the Accounts page it says user authentication required. I cannot sent chat messages to Monzo.

Background: Old phone had water damage and unusable, i was using a temporary phone which i have deleted the app on but could see the updated transaction and balance.

Any help appreciated, Many thanks

Delete and reinstall the app.

Seriously, try deleting and reinstalling. If you need to contact Monzo there’s email and a phone number on the back of the card.
