Hi there, I recently made a Monzo account and then closed it within 14 days and I know want to join Monzo back again but it won’t let me.
I tried to put email and then number but says they were unable to verify my number. I tried to call Monzo but cuts my call and emailed them.
You can’t re-open your account unless 30 days have passed since you closed it.
After which you need to email or telephone them because you can’t reopen the account yourself. Sadly nobody on here can help with this so you’ll just have to be patient and keep trying
