You need to email help@monzo.com and ask them to reopen your account.

You can’t reopen it within 30 days. After that email as above

If 30 days have passed you can email them using the address above. You can’t reopen it yourself and there is no other way

At least you don’t have to wait 12 months like you do with Starling.
if it’s closed because of a current account switch I’m afraid they can’t open back the account as stated in another post
