I cannot log in to my account after changing phone

The phone changed not the sim.

all other accounts let me put in existing info and the app and it opened.

monzo wanted my email address then my email and my phone number. it then sent a verification code. After typing in the verification code it says telephone number not varified.

  1. i have tried different email addresses no- change
  2. I have tried switching the phone off and on - no change

i have had the same phone number for 20 years so that can’t be the problem.

The only reason it will ask you for your phone number is you’ve tried to log in with the wrong email address

Think of what other email address you could have signed up to Monzo with and try that. Making sure there are no typos etc.

Personally I’d try logging into web.monzo.com as I find it is quicker and easier on a desktop PC but it’s up to you :slight_smile:

If this is an iPhone and you have used the transfer process (I forget the proper name for it all, but it’s all re-downloaded from iCloud I think?), delete and reinstall your Monzo app.
