The phone changed not the sim.
all other accounts let me put in existing info and the app and it opened.
monzo wanted my email address then my email and my phone number. it then sent a verification code. After typing in the verification code it says telephone number not varified.
- i have tried different email addresses no- change
- I have tried switching the phone off and on - no change
i have had the same phone number for 20 years so that can’t be the problem.
