Cannot access to Monzo

Hello,

I’m trying to log in to my account, but I cannot it. I have entered verification codes several time but it says “there is a problem. Please contact us”

Has anyone else had the same issue?

Are you sure you haven’t used the sign-up flow?
Logging in doesn’t require you to perform phone number verification.
Maybe try reinstalling the app.

Double check your email address you are using is correct.

It HAS to be the exact same email address you originally signed up with in the beggining.
