I used the correct phone number and email address to log in my account but it seems like it could not work. Does anyone help?
I think best bet is to contact support via phone or email but emailing them could take some time to get back try to call them with then number in the back of the card.
If it’s asking for a phone number you’re using the wrong email. Try again with the email you used to sign up to Monzo with.
Just saying “it does not work” is too vague.
You’ll need to be more descriptive with the steps you are taking, what you’re trying to do, and any error messages you receive as a minimum. The more detail you provide the easier it will be for us to pinpoint what the issue is and resolve it
