I need to change my emails password but no way to do it in the app?
You need to log into your email provider to change your email password.

Hotmail but I thought it was just for my Monzo account?
Your Monzo account does not know or need your email password. What is it you are trying to do?
Unauthorised payment was made and I was told to change my password for the email associated with my Monzo account
