I recently used my debit card for an Online food order that never arrived. Any advise how I can reclaim this payment?

You contact the company and ask for a refund.

On your transaction history after tapping on the transaction there should be a notice saying something wrong? Tell us! In red at the bottom of the screen, click that and follow the instructions.
Follow the instructions from the post above first then if that doesn’t work this will apply.
