Payment declined even though I have enough money and the chat doesn't work

I have made a payment for £11.00 which went out of my account but then I got a message saying its been declined even though its gone out of my account? Also the chat is not working and its not letting me ask for a refund anywhere.

Please get in touch if any one knows anything.


I had a similar incident recently. I used a different MasterCard Debit card and it worked fine.

The bottom line is, always have an alternative method of payment available.

If you click on the payment on the feed and scroll to the bottom you can dispute the transaction.
