Having an issue and require a reversal of a payment. Haven’t heard back from anyone on the chat since 3pm. How do I reset the chat or is there a phone number to call? I need the £73 refunded or I’m over budget without an overdraft facility.
If the company won’t give you a refund then when you request one from Monzo it will just get reversed later down the line. Unless I’m misunderstanding what you’re saying?
