Help please

We have already spoken with someone there via email yesterday and the appropriate steps and they were extremely helpful again thank you and sorry i wasted your time.

I seemed to be kicked out of the app (iphone7), when i try to log in, it asks for an email address then says an email has been sent out but I’ve not received anything, not in junk folder either. Have emailed help@monzo.com. How long is it before they respond?

Make sure it is the email used at sign up

Yeah I only have 2 emails, the other one isn’t recognised, this one is and the app says it’s sent an email. Normally it would say email doesn’t exist etc. I’ve checked spam, nothing. Still no reply from the help email either. This is a bit concerning to say the least as no number I can call either
