I not have the pin I click on the pin at home , and I send the verification the app is tell me the pin is expected or blocket how resolve this?(I have already chat with one staff)
What did the staff member say that you’ve talked to?
He is tell me is unlocket I’m waiting for 10 minutes and i make the survey, but is tell the last error "the pin is expected " please retry

Take a screenshot of the error and send it via the chat incase they are making an error in where they think the issue is occurring 
Start another chat and mark it as urgent. Ask when you’ll get the pin and how because you are still waiting
