Help logging in to my phone

If you only signed up a minute ago and you only have one email address then it sounds like you made a typo in your email address when you signed up.

The reason it is asking for your phone number is because it doesn’t recognise the email address you’ve entered so it thinks that you want to sign up for an account. Then when you enter your phone number it says that it is in use because it is already associated with an account.

You will need to contact Monzo to resolve this.

It sounds like you’re confusing this forum as with the above link - when they’re two entirely different things.

I bet you’re getting the emails because the email you’re typing in is your email, but the on you used originally has a typo in it.

You need to email Monzo

help@monzo.com and explain.

It asks for my mobile number I then it says My number is in used

The online version doesn’t ask for your mobile number - it will either log you in or tell you your account doesn’t exist.

Those are the only two outcomes from logging into web.monzo.com

You said you logged in on the web, it’s right there in front of you.

You’re not making any sense and you’re not explaining what you’re doing.

If you’ve logged in with the link that has been posted about 50 times, you’ll see those two buttons below your name and account numbers.
