Help getting monzo help

I asked a question this morning on the help chat within the app, it said it would probably take a couple of hours to respond as I marked it non urgent, but here I am like 5 or maybe 6 hrs later and still no reply… #monzoonholiday. :frowning:

If it’s non-urgent, wait a day or so. :wink:

I’d be happy waiting an hour or two, not a day or two. I hope this is a one off (sorry @trevwmitchell) rather than a return to previous form.

Got sorted now, I gave the Facebook messanger people a poke… I didn’t think it was urgent but also thought it more urgent that a day or 2… Maybe they need a medium urgency button :joy::rofl::joy::rofl:
