As title, I tried to use Monzo chat to help me with my account since last weekend 10th of November. But no one has replied me even I tried to send message everyday! Can anyone from Monzo help me with this please.
Monzo Chat has been a little bit overloaded recently… As such, wait times have been a lot longer than they typically are.

Getting into the third day without a reply is pretty embarrassing though.
Agreed. I’ve seen a few posts similar to this recently. I appreciate Monzo are hiring, but the support issues don’t seem to be getting any better. Feels like they’re “running to stand still” This has been going on for months now. It doesn’t feel like a temporary thing, it’s the new normal, which is sad .
