Help chat broken

My help chat doesn’t work. The entire help section is frozen and unusable. As soon as I press the help question mark in the bottom right corner I get this screen

It’s completely frozen and the only way to get out of it is force quitting the app.

I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and rebooted my phone but still get the same screen.

Anyone know anything else I can try to fix this?

Search from the top of the Home Screen what section of the help articles you need, it should direct you there, and the look for contacting support and enter the chat from there

Try this, in the same specific order:

• Uninstall app
• Reboot device
• Install app & retry

[tired (I don’t need your rockin’ chair)]

This looks like a connection issue. Are you using any VPN/Proxy custom DNS or adblocker?
