Issue: I spoke to Customer Service earlier via Live Chat and they required a picture of me to proceed. I uploaded the picture, but it froze on my end. Now any time I open up ‘Help’, it auto opens the chat, scrolls to where the picture is and freezes. I can’t click on anything, can’t click close etc. I have to close out the app and re open to access again. That being said, Help is completely broken now for me as it takes me to the chat and freezes.
I have tried turning off my phone and turning it back on. I have tried deleting and re-downloading the app and also tried deleting all of the cache. Not worked. The phone support has been lacking for this also.
