Googlepay wont register my card again after my phone was fixes recently

Start a chat with monzo and ask them to remove the Google pay tokens.

Also head to pay.google.com and remove the monzo card from there to be sure all traces are taken off.

Following the above, you should be able to add your card again no problem.

How do I start a chat with monzo in the app?

Help tab → search → search “contact support” → tap on “contacting support” → tap on “tap here to get started”.

You’ll then be given a mini questionnaire to help Monzo direct you to the right support department. Please bear in mind that support could take anywhere from a couple of minutes to several hours to get back to you.

Monzo support is not a live chat.

Non-urgent support is also only available between 7am and 8pm, Mon - Sun.

We are just monzo users like you.

Someone will hopefully come along with a cheat link directly to chat.

Link doesn’t work, on both Android (same device as :monzo: app) and desktop (obvious, as Monzo isn’t installed on the Desktop)

Clarification on when this link works is needed.

People could also just spend an extra 20 seconds doing the questionnaire… It’s not that hard
