This is the bank that I’ve been with for over 20 years. Through thick and thin. The bank that takes 3+ days for my accounts to show the truth of what’s going on. The bank that has repeatedly refused me an overdraft facility and instead revelled in charging me for being overdrawn because they can’t keep their account information in date and I can’t work that way.
Welcome Monzo. A bank I liked the sound of when I saw a presentation at the AWS London Summit two years ago. A bank that actually manages to keep an up-to-date record of how much money I actually have in my account. I look forward to a long and prosperous relationship.
