It’s very much possible. Au revoir legacy banks.
Paging @andrew_fishy
Welcome back
Sadly it didn’t remedy the £50 I’ve to live on till payday. But payday is Friday
Welcome back to modern-day banking
Did you close and move away? What did you have to do to rejoin?
I recently just rejoined after a year away. I stupidly closed the account and then wasn’t allowed back for about 12 months.
So happy to be back!!
It’s guessing. But I reckon there’s a 12 month rule. It’s just recently passed 12 months from closure on my credit file.
I wasn’t allowed back in 4 weeks ago when it said 11 months on ClearScore.
Congratulations @NanoOp
Just don’t close it this time
I rejoined a week ago. Very happy.
I think that’s what’s happened with mine. I closed it over a year ago as it didn’t fit my needs at that time but 2-3 weeks ago i tried again and got a new account and overdraft (which I’ve never had before). I have since gone full monzo plus and am using the investment side for a stocks & shares ISA. Very impressed in how things have changed since i last looked.
When I was last with Monzo they had that card carousel thing which I was not a fan of. This is so much nicer what they have done. Its like a full financial hub. You can now even get a physical credit card with Monzo, I didn’t know this either.
Yeah, I’m eligible for that as well but do i need another credit card?? The repayment methods they operate under look good so might consider it. Might as well have the full Monzo experience right?
Only apply if you have a need for it. Don’t want to rack up hard searches. I was just reminscing the Monzo past.
I’m weirdly triggered by the back to front smiling face in the thread title…
Same.
You’re not the only one
See id edit it. But I just sowed me first oat. I’m walking through a major city on top of the world. Remember one of you guys mentioning it being your main focus at 17 hahaha
