Golden Ticket Google shortlink violating terms!

When I generate a golden ticket link from the app, the link resolves to this:

Is this from a recent golden ticket? The old one I have from February doesn’t have a goo.gl shorturl, rather it points straight at monzo.com

Yes when i clicked golden ticket today it was generating a Google shortlink.

I’ve successfully sent golden tickets before.

(or is it not worth it given that the current account launch will be soon?)

Just a quick update on this; we’re in touch with Google (it relates to the API product ID we use to generate shortlinks) and working hard to resolve this promptly! :grinning:

Hey Bruce! For invalid links, the best thing to do is contact Customer Support directly- they should be able to issue a new one in a couple of minutes :slightly_smiling_face:
