Hi i raise fraud transaction disputes today 8/8/20 and i provided all the proofs related to my case. once i raise fraud case in past i get my money back within 24 hour, but today i haven’t even receive any reply, anyone here face same issue like mine?TIA
It will take a lot longer than 24 hours to get a refund, you need to wait and see what Monzo say.
In fraud cases, I think Monzo has 24 hours to refund.

yes monzo freeze my card asap i raise the fraud case. n they removed it from apple wallet aswell. i ordered new one,i also submitted all the proofs i have in screenshot shape. i really hope they answer me on monday.

Hopefully they will but it depends on the fraud investigation. If it’s nice and simple then they’ll be able to answer quickly
truly speaking i didn’t freeze it by my selef after company took the payment from account but asap i start reporting my case they freeze the card first then i go ahead with my case,
I got scammed last week for £14.99 on PayPal family and friends raised a complain with PayPal but could get it back
you raise it as fraud complaint with monzo? or with paypal? how long time they took to refund you?
With PayPal although I should of done it with Monzo aswell if that was allowed but PayPal refused as it was sent using family and friends
That is not entirely correct.
Monzo are not signed up to the voluntary code of practice related to fraud so they don’t have to refund within 24 hours. They do say they follow the spirit of the code of practice but it does mean things could take longer if they so desired.
I think PayPal transactions are not usually covered by chargeback though. You’ll have to dispute this one using the PayPal dispute resolution centre.

my card was charged by 02 company without my permission or any contract, i try to apply contract with them but they rejected me n after 24 hr charge my card for £80 i send them email n they cant my transaction in 02 system. so i provide all prrofs of email conversations n statement in screenshot to monzo and they accept it as fraud,
i really hope they sort it out sooner, i provided them all the email conversations with the o2, n monzo accept it as a frud case, because no contract was made between me n o2 but just they took the amout of £80 without my will.
on live chat they told me we are working on ur case, i really hope for some positive new,
