Was the £80 an upfront fee for a phone you were applying for? O2 do take the fee prior to a credit check so will refund you if you are rejected.

yes i know they charge upfront but now its upton1 month n they refund within 5 days, and now when i ask them for refund they clearly told they can’t find my transaction

Try a bit of patience it’s the weekend I’m sure they’ll get back to you, the case is logged do just wait for a response.
I put one in a few weeks back and it actually was refunded about 8 hours later, timings can vary so I wouldn’t worry, you’ve done your bit so just get on with your daily life and wait for a notification
