Has anybody put in a monzo fraud report. If so how long did it take to get an update.
Ive waited over 6 days now. The banking app says an investigator will review your case by end of next working day (submitted report Sunday 11th)
When I ask chat all I get is when we know you’ll know replies

Very frustrating! Waiting six days is too long, especially when they said response would be quicker. I would keep talking to them in chat if I were you. Maybe ask if there is any way to make it faster or more important. Hopefully, they will fix it soon waiting without knowing anything is really bad.
I submitted one recently, it came back on the Tuesday after submitting it on a Friday evening. I decided to be very generous on the interpretation of ‘next working day’ and not submit a complaint, but it was slow.
I would submit a complaint if it takes 6 days. End of the next working day is the regulatory timeline Monzo has to abide by.
Next time you chase in the chat say you want to make a complaint.
