Scam investigation

I know scam/fraud investigations can be very complex. But can I ask how long you waited for an outcome please? I’ll be coming up to 6 weeks this week.


Each one is different. Nobody can give you an answer. All you can do is wait for Monzo.

6-8 weeks in general but it’s very you said this to monzo, monzo sends this forward to merchant or other bank, other bank/merchant responds, then Monzo sends response to you.

So it depends how responsive the other side is, and what actually happened.
