Fraud on card

My card and phone was stolen on Thursday, i have reported it to Monzo but no indication of how long this might take.

I have tried to replacement my card but it comes up with an error and it does not allow me to move money to my joint account leaving me with no access to funds, does anyone know how long this will take to resolve?

All you can do is wait for/talk to Monzo. Nobody here can give you the answers I’m afraid.

If you’ve reported the card stolen then it will be cancelled and a new card issued by default. If you can’t move money that sounds like something else, as losing your card wouldn’t result in your account being locked.

Maybe as this is the second time in two months you’ve lost your card/phone, they are doing some more investigations.
