They can still put you into an unarranged overdraft but aren’t allowed to charge you interest.

I can see that you’ve been actively helping customers and I desperately need your help.

I have been accused of a false accusation, which has been highlighted at fraud, this is now having an impact on my credit history.

I need this to be removed from my records and therefore need urgent help from Monzo to rectify this.

If monzo or another bank have added a CIFAS (fraud) record to your credit file, you need to complain to the bank who added it and let them explain why.

Even if you were innocent in such acts, you were still part blame however you understood the situation.

I cannot help here, you’ll need to speak with the bank who applied the marker (which will remain visible for 6 years).

The number is on the back of your card.

But phoning isn’t going to get you very far. Do you still have an account? If so, use chat. Failing that, email them help@monzo.com

I dont have the card anymore, after they notice the fraud on my account they blocked my account, therefore i cant use the chat.

I have emailed them on help@monzo.com but they havent replied, just really anxious.

You’ll need to wait for them to reply which can take days.

I wouldn’t expect the CIFAS to be removed in all fairness, just to set expectations.
