My monzo app only shows enter pin. When i press forgotten pin thexapp goes through video recovery. I press ok to send video and it sends me back to enter pin number page. It doesn’t allow me to send the video. I’ve phoned twice been on chat 3 times still locked out. I’ve received an email from monzo this morning to go on live chat but can’t find where i access that. any help please?
