There was no pin in the letter I received with the card.
I’ve already went through the forum and seen that I can contact the staff via the in-app chat to request the pin. I think this solution works only for the iOS app because there’s no chat on Android.
You should get the pin in an SMS notification on the phone number you provided.
But you can also contact support to check for you. On Android click on the menu and you will find Help & Feedback on the bottom, just click it and start the chat.

When you top up with your £100.00 and it’s applied to your account. Monzo will then send a text to your registered mobile number with the PIN. As to be honest you won’t need one before then.

I had not seen the confirmation text as it was classed as spam by “Truemessenger” app.
Whilst searching for an answer, I was pleased to read this thread and managed to find it eventually.
I never recieved a text but it the app showed me my pin for a total of… 1 second. I’m hoping I remembered it right or I have a fair amount of money stranded…
