Why not?
I click the button and the message just disappears (nothing happens) it’s just a repeating pattern over and over again
I’d call Monzo if I was you… I’m not sure what else to do if the button doesn’t work sorry.
Only Monzo can help on this sort of thing, it’s not something anyone on the forum can help with.
