Issue with video replay on Samsung phone

I forgot my pin and got locked out.I have gone through the pin verification and taken a video and made the voice verification,the screen then says beautiful now check the video but the video is not shown and screen remains black.
I have tried many times inc switching phone on and off but to no avail ,same outcome.
Please advise,help.

Potentially try to delete and reinstall the app

The other thing to check is what permissions Monzo has in the settings of your phone

Make sure it has access to your camera/video
