Do I get sort code and account number when I get my new card. So I can give it to my employer
You do! Monzo is a full and proper bank account, so you get a sort code (spoiler, it’ll be 040004) and an account number.

It may just be easier to use the CASS (Current account switch service). It will transfer everything from your current bank to Monzo.
